Biography

Javier has more than 5 years of experience dynamizing local markets towards the inclusion of ICT technologies and new IoT paradigms through the adoption of new business models and applications.
His research is based on the development of low consumption electronic systems, intelligent devices and M2M communication networks.
His work has two articles indexed in JCR and has been editor of two practical manuals used in the teaching of two university subjects.
